Empty contents of one packet of Herculin MRF-4 into 16 oz of room temperature water. Stir and let dissolve 2-3 minutes (ice may be added after the powder is fully dissolved, if desired). Do not shake in shaker cup as this product is effervescent. Consume entire mixture immediately prior to workouts. For those with highly sensitive stomachs, consume immediately after workouts.
