Recommended Use: Add the contents of this packet to 16 to 18 oz of cold water. Then stir or shake for about 20 seconds or until powder is well distributed. When adding Speed Stack powder to bottled water, take a sip first to create enough space for mixing to take place. Note: Some sedimentation on the bottom of the glass, shaker or bottle is normal. Lightly agitating the prepared mixture during consumption will help suspend the ingredients long enough to drink.
