As a dietary supplement for Men, take 6 capsules daily, preferably 3 capsules during the daytime and another 3 capsules 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Taking more than the recommended amount will not improve results and may cause adverse reactions listed in the warnings. Begin use with half the recommended dose (3 capsules daily) to access your tolerance. Also follow a low cholesterol and low animal fat diet and exercise program daily.


This product contains yohimbe bark extract which contains yohimbine. Do not use this product if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder or stroke. Consult your health care professional before use if you are taking antidepressants, MAOI inhibitor or any other prescription drug. Not for use in children, geriatric patients or females. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache or heart palpitations occur.
